Alwaha Foundation is a national institution for education, training and investment, set up in 1992, and the idea came out of our sense of patriotism and social responsibility toward our society, to contribute to the overall development efforts in the process of advancement of the Libyan society in general and especially the southern region.
Continuing the development process, which escorts the social, economic and technological changes taking place in the manifestations of life within the Libyan society, its Arabic surrounding and the World. Moreover, in line with the strategic plans of the Libyan state, which requires at this stage, the presence of well-trained and qualified national labour to accommodate the great technological development in all areas. Alwaha institution has to interact with the ambitious national orientation that aimed to prepare, qualify, and raise the efficiency of the national labour, which considered as real capital and the main objective of national investment. By designing training programs which cover all areas, administration, finance and business and many other human and professional development programs.
The training philosophy of Al-Waha training and technical studies Company comes from a methodological vision, which considers the investment of human energies a national responsibility to ensure the sustainability of the development process in the society. In addition, the main mechanisms to achieve that, are the development of the mind and enlightening its ways of thinking and enrichment of the academic and practical experiences, which will lead to the extraction of individual energies, adopt and uphold the spirit of creativity, making individual able to overcome the obstacles of the work environment.
The Foundation relies in its training programs on the styles that allow participants to take the opportunity to be a part in a practical and workable practice, order to achieve the effectiveness of training.
